We're on the hunt for a seasoned Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our vibrant and growing team. At TOKY, you'll work with a diverse array of clients across healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and the built environment (architecture, engineering, and construction), ensuring every day is unique and stimulating.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for multiple clients, managing the full scope of engagements, including timelines and budgets.

You will act as a bridge, connecting our internal cross-functional team and facilitating the TOKY process at every stage.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining high-level client relationships.

Your Expertise - What You Bring

  • Agency Experience : 3-5 years of experience in account management within an agency setting. Experience with independently managing multiple accounts, managing interactive / website projects, or mentoring others is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Educational Background : A college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field of study.

Extra Points - Bonus Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as InDesign and Acrobat
  • Experience managing website projects including :
  • Experience working with WordPress and / or Drupal
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Skills in website QA / bug testing
  • Ability to write detailed website specification documents
