As a Coordinator you willbe responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisureclients in destinations all around the world! Roles &Responsibilities
Research Create and Executeexceptional itineraries forclients
Review individualsneeds and wants for travel to ensure you can cater a trip speciallydesigned to meet theirneeds
Complete ongoingtraining to earn and maintain certification to booktravel
Attend ongoingwebinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized withspecific destinations
Reviewbudgets and plan trips according to clients budgetconstraints
Createpromotional materials toutilize
Monitor restrictionson travel that come andgo
Book travel needs(airline car rental hotel accommodations cruise ticket / event salesetc)
Effectively communicatewith clients pre / posttravel
Handle issues thatmay arise during the bookings and / or travel forclients
Network with touroperators regarding packages that you can possibly offer toclients
Part Time or Fulltime
Requirements
Must be at least 18years of age and beauthorized to work within theUS.
Must be able toeffectively communicate with clients (strong sales background aplus)
Must have a smartphonewith internet access laptop recommend but notrequired
Personal travelexperience is a huge plus however notrequired
Previous experiencein customer service or hospitality also a plus but notrequired
