Grassfed Culture Hospitality is the hospitality group of highly lauded Miami concepts Los Felix, Krüs Kitchen and ZeyZey.

Los Felix was just awarded its 3rd consecutive Michelin Star along with the industry’s highly coveted Green Star for sustainability.

Los Felix was also named as one of the best new restaurants in the US in 2022 by Bon Appetit Magazine. Infatuation named Los Felix one of Miami’s best new restaurants in 2021.

Krus Kitchen received a Bib Gourmand in the Guide's first FL edition and for the 2024 edition received a Michelin Green Star.

Infatuation named Krus one of the nations best new restaurants in 2022. ZeyZey, an outdoor 1,000 cap music venue is considered one of Miami’s best venues by Miami New Times, Miami Herald, Time Out Magazine and Infatuation.

The company's catering business is now becoming its own business unit, and we need an experienced catering chef leader to lead this very exciting new part of our company's growth! The Krus catering chef will cook and prepare food for events, meetings, and parties.

They will be responsible for :

  • Menu planning : Developing menus and service packages based on client preferences and event type
  • Food preparation : Cooking food and ensuring it's fresh and to the standards of Grassfed Culture
  • Food storage : Storing food properly and following safe handling guidelines
  • Event management : Managing event schedules, coordinating other cooking staff, and setting up equipment
  • Guest relations : Directing waiters and other staff, promoting guest relations, and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Budget management : Ensuring the entire service remains within the proposed budget

The catering chef will have a passion and talent for cooking and experience in kitchen management : (leading a team, food and recipe cost management, attention to detail and overall passion to motivate others).
