Shift : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Some weekends required)

Job Description :
Swipejobs is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Supervisor to lead our team at a dedicated client site. This role requires an experienced individual with a background in the staffing services industry , particularly in light industrial roles .
The ideal candidate will be bilingual, capable of managing onsite operations, ensuring quality staffing and production standards, and fostering a strong focus on safety.
As the Onsite Staffing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production activities, managing temporary staff, and maintaining strong communication with the client to meet staffing needs and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervision & Training : Lead, train, and support a team of employees, assign tasks, manage production figures, and address employee queries.
- Production Coordination : Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensure proper workflow, and oversee raw material management.
- Manpower & Resource Management : Collaborate with the client to ensure proper staffing levels, coach temporary employees, and manage the workforce to meet production needs.
- Efficiency & Quality Control : Optimize processes, equipment, and space to boost productivity and maintain quality standards.
- Performance Metrics & Problem Resolution : Ensure KPIs are met, resolve operational issues, prepare reports, and maintain efficient production operations.
- Safety & Compliance : Conduct regular safety meetings, enforce safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required.
- Experience in the staffing services industry , particularly in light industrial roles, is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong focus on workplace safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in PC usage and relevant software applications.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage up to 65 employees, including hiring, training, assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient coordination between the client and onsite staff.
Decision-Making Responsibilities :
- Make staffing and production decisions, prioritize tasks, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with client management to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges.
Communication :
- Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish with employees and client management.
- Maintain strong communication between the onsite team and the corporate office.
Skills & Abilities :
- Strong leadership and bilingual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
Physical Demands & Work Environment :
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and loud noise.
