Responsibilities of the Property Accountant :

• Bank reconciliations
• Reconcile the general ledger accounts
• Daily journal entries
• Perform the month end close processes
• Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable process
• Overall cash and treasury management

Background required of the Property Accountant :

• 2+ years experience in property accounting
• Bachelors degree
• Intermediate excel experience
