I.K. Hofmann is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, GA (Perimeter / Sandy Springs area) .

In this full-time role, you'll lead the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple industries, while building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Partners with internal teams and clients to determine staffing needs and assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Develops a sustainable talent acquisition strategy and advertisements for different positions to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.

This includes using traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, social engagements, community network events, etc.

to identify and attract quality candidates.

  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone, video or in person), effectively explain job duties and qualifications, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, administers appropriate assessments and reference / background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, schedules, non-compete agreements).
  • Manages placement transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Follows up with candidates obtain feedback regarding recruiting process and job satisfaction.
  • Follows up with clients for feedback on past placements and seeks clients for additional job orders.
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stays current on the companys and clients organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Works with team member(s) and hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal / state laws and regulations.
  • Carry out companywide initiatives.
  • Executes effective business development activities including prospecting and qualifying clients, maintaining and establishing new client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities and scheduling client visits.
  • Proactively work with clients to understand what customized staffing solutions will work for their company / organization.
  • Negotiates bill rates and conversion fees with clients.
  • Assists in growth and development by cross selling / leveraging all LOB's with existing client portfolio through quality staffing and outstanding customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong recruiting and interviewing skills via phone and online meeting platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant employment laws and standard recruiting etiquettes.
  • Must be able to effectively management multiple demands, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage Company initiatives, policies, procedures, and processes.

Education, Experience, Licensing / Certification Requirements :

  • 3+ years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment
  • Experience managing customer accounts is a plus
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
  • Minimum 3+ plus years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
