Description : What you'll be doing

Sabey is recruiting a Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Tukwila, WA. The role involves joining a small, dynamic legal team with an opportunity to assist in a wide variety of contracts, transactions, and general corporate areas. You will report to the General Counsel and provide direct transactional support to internal groups as well as work closely with outside counsel on real estate and corporate matters. The focus will include data center leases, licenses, and other commercial agreements.

The annual salary range for this role is provided in the posting. Your contribution will likely include :

• Provide transaction management and support for Sales executives, including drafting, review, and negotiation of data center lease agreements, amendments, carrier license agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Provide support to Senior Corporate Counsel with real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, easements, financing, sales, and related due diligence review.
• Provide support to Property Management and Data Center Operations with review of vendor master service agreements.
• Support Senior Corporate Counsel with general corporate matters and various legal projects.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
