Hours of Operation :
- Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm & 1 : 00pm-5 : 00pm
- Friday : 9 : 00am-12 : 00pm.
Responsibilities
- Assist with phone calls
- Maintain excellent customer relations by professionally addressing inquiries and concerns
- Provide support by assisting customers at the front counter
- Handle mail collection and distribution
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Admissions team
- Contribute to student recruitment efforts by engaging with prospective students
- Ability to respond to email communications
- Ability to perform campus tours
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled as a student at AMSC
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
- Eligible as federal work study student
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proposed Salary
19 Hours per week at $12.00 per hour.
