We are looking for a Office Manager to join our team in Woburn, MA! We are a well-established and well respected full service mechanical contracting company.
The Office manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative procedures on a day to day basis. Ideal candidate should have an understanding of construction, strong accounting skills, and excellent computer skills.

What You Will Be Doing :
- Answer and handle telephone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Oversee ordering supplies when necessary and organize maintenance on office equipment
- Receive, sort, and scan all incoming mail
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, letters, and faxes as needed
- Data entry, coding invoices and subcontractor payment applications
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Handling Lien Releases and checks to subcontractors as necessary
- Set up new vendors, receiving w-9s and Certificate of Insurance
What You Need for this Position :
- 10+ years Office Manager experience
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Experience with Accounts payable / receivable
- Experience processing payroll
- Ability to independently manage time and priorities
- Ability to delegate and oversee office staff
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook
- CF Data or Timberline (preferred)
