Job Description
Serves as the point person ensuring proper communication between doctors, mid-level providers, associated management teams and patients.
Assisting medical providers with all patient functions including collection of intake information, setup and assistance with exams and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Assist providers during patient visits
- Document visit details
- Assist in patient call backs
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve clinical operations, and streamline work processes

- Work collaboratively with a variety of different personalities

- Motivate staff members to effectively complete tasks

Requirements
- High level of computer skills
- NexTech knowledge preferably
- Exceptional customer service, communication skills and general etiquette
- Microsoft Office
- Dependable
- Flexible
- Punctual
- Team player
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- May be required to stand for long periods of the day
Preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certification, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or higher education from an accredited institution
- NexTech experience
More Information
- Previous experience in a Dermatology medical practice, or hospital setting preferred.
- This is a full-time position (30 to 40 hours a week on average). We offer BCBS medical, dental, and retirement benefits after an introductory period.
Personal time off (PTO) is earned each pay period at a rate determined by the amount of years worked. PTO can be used after three months of employment.
