Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Mechanical Project Executive in Kansas City, Kansas.
Mechanical Project Executive Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Mechanical Project Executive is between $150,000 and $200,000.

Mechanical Project Executive Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees Operations in large markets and large projects and teams from qualification through closeout.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and Project Managers at various stages.
- Responsible for planning, negotiating, and completing large projects projects.
- Conflict negotiations management.
- Prepare reports for job cost analysis.
- Transparent reporting to executive management and client.
Mechanical Project Executive Qualifications
- 10 years of Project Management experience in the Mechanical Construction Industry.
- Experience with Mechanical Mega Projects with budgets over $100M.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing and / or piping.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management preferred.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, field employees, vendors and other contractors.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
