Director of Sales

Reports to : SVP of Sales and Marketing

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary :

The Director of Sales at Wecom Fiber is instrumental in spearheading the revenue growth strategy, shaping sales initiatives, and nurturing client relationships within the dynamic telecommunications and fiber industry.

The Director will drive the expansion of telecommunications and fiber services, ensuring a competitive edge and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on telecommunications and fiber services to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team in promoting and selling telecommunications and fiber solutions to clients and partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the telecommunications and fiber sector to drive business growth and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the telecommunications and fiber industry to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, with a specific focus on telecommunications and fiber sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with telecommunications and fiber service offerings.
  • Monitor telecommunications and fiber sales metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and pipeline activities to optimize sales performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the telecommunications and fiber industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in the telecommunications and fiber sector.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills specific to telecommunications and fiber services.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and negotiation abilities in the telecommunications and fiber market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office suite tailored to the telecommunications and fiber industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics, lead the development of innovative sales strategies for telecommunications and fiber solutions.
