What part will you play?
The Standard Cost Coordinator will request quotes from suppliers to establish the best standard costs for equipment and materials procured by Diversified.
The primary responsibility will be to drive cost savings and optimize procurement agreements while maintaining quality standards and supplier relationships.
What will you be doing?
- Process Request for Quotes (RFQ) / Request for Information (RFIs)
- Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct cost-benefit analysis to assess the financial impact of procurement decisions.
- Analyze pricing proposals, supplier quotations, and cost breakdowns to assess cost structures, cost drivers, and pricing components.
- Partner with purchasing team to ensure procurement strategies are executed.
- Communicate cost-related insights and recommendations to Procurement leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-savings initiatives within the standard costing process.
- Implement measures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in standard costing operations.
What do we require from you?
- 2 years' experience in purchasing / procurement / vendor relationships / related field.
- Demonstrated competence in ERP, software applications, Microsoft Office products.
Preferred :
- Associate's degree in finance, supply chain management, related field
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of NetSuite a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
