Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement and support a Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) for clinical trials.
The role includes managing SAS Grid infrastructure, optimizing AWS cloud solutions, and developing web applications for data analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
SAS Grid Management :
- Set up and configure SAS Grid environments.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize job scheduling.
- Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for operational efficiency.
AWS Cloud & Storage Management :
- Design and maintain Lustre file systems and AWS FSx for ONTAP to support high-performance analytical workloads.
- Manage data migration to AWS FSx for ONTAP and ensure system optimization.
- Monitor and enhance performance for both Lustre and AWS FSx environments.
Full Stack Development :
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js for data visualization and analysis.
- Refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve performance.
- Collaborate with data teams to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Technical Skills : SAS Expertise :
SAS Expertise :
- Proficiency in SAS programming (SAS / Base, SAS Macros, SAS / Stat) in a Linux environment.
- Experience with SAS Grid , SAS Enterprise Guide, and SAS Studio.
AWS Cloud & Storage :
- Strong knowledge of Lustre architecture and AWS FSx for ONTAP.
- Expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture design.
Full Stack Development :
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express) and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in version control (Git) and agile development practices.
Desirable Skills :
- Experience with clinical trial phases I-IV is a plus.
- Understanding of spaCy NLP integration in React.js applications.
