Salary : Starting at 130000USD (DOE)
Responsibilities :
- Draft review and respond to discovery doents and motions.
- Attend and take depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
- Summarize meetings with expert witnesses.
- Review and summarize records including medical and HR doents.
- Conduct legal and medical research.
- Attend court hearings and present arguments.
- ist in trial preparation including drafting trial doents and motions.
- Manage all aspects of civil litigation from start to trial.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years experience as an attorney
- Graduate from ABA accredited law school
- Member of California Bar in good standing
- Experience in civil litigation (plaintiff or defense) required.
