Compensation

The base salary range for this position is between $22-$30 per hour and will vary based on skills, education, and experience.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future salary and career growth.

  • Minimum of $150 Leasing Commission
  • Additional Renewal and Quarterly / Yearly Bonus earning potential based on property and team performance

Schedule : Full-time position Tuesday-Saturday 9AM-6PM

What You'll Do

  • Play a critical role in monthly resident event planning, social media presence, creating a unique living experience and ensuring that residents feel a connected sense of community with residents and team members.
  • Create connections with neighborhood businesses to add value to the resident experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact via email, phone and in person, for resident inquiries, general conflict management, maintenance requests, reservation questions, renewal discussions or general community needs and ensures that the appropriate team member is looped in to ensure resolution for the property.
  • Maintain a constant presence and availability in the leasing office to assist residents with reservations, recommendations, and deliveries.

What You Bring

  • Experience with event planning preferred.
  • Ability to create and post social media content required.
  • Prior experience in a sales and / or customer service environment required.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and be solutions-driven.
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable with conflict resolution.
  • Self-starter, ambitious and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • High energy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are a must!
  • Confident with software and mobile technology.
  • Experience with YARDI or property management software preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends or maintain a flexible schedule as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
