Job Summary :
InfuCare Rx is looking for an established top performer to join our IG Sales team as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be accountable for driving referrals to meet or exceed goals by using a consultative sales approach, across multiple call points.
A successful rep will use creative and compelling strategies to break through common barriers that restrict access to physicians, nurses, case managers, and other relevant decision makers.
Applying seasoned sales skills to enhance in-person visits by utilizing a variety of communication channels (email, phone, text, social media) to connect with referral sources.
Top Call points are Neurology, Immunology, and Rheumatology. This is an individual contributor role. Experience selling IG, home infusion or a closely related field is strongly preferred.

- Educates physicians and referral sources on the products and services offered, referral process, and other impactful factors to build relationships and referral loyalty.

- Develop sales leads by executing an organized call routing schedule.
- Uses a consultative sales approach focused on patient care and timely pull-thru.
- Develop and execute local (in conjunction with Company management) marketing and sales strategies to maximize sales growth and increase footprint.
- Assist Company management in strategic business development activities specific to the territory. Identify market specific trends to report opportunities and challenges and a plan of action to capitalize or overcome the trend.
- Organize and represent the Company at professional conferences, as directed by Company management.
- Assist the Company in the development of annual marketing budgets as needed.
- Attend meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assist in business development for the Assigned Entities, including assisting in launching a certain data collection software.
- Strategic application of selling skills. Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to drive desired sales objectives.
Other Duties & Responsibilities :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, coachable attitude, and an eagerness to win.
- Communicate progress with assigned accounts through Company designated tracking tools with management / internal stakeholders to increase efficiency of pharmacy fulfillment.
- Interact with others in a positive, respectful, and considerate manner.
- Other duties as may be assigned by Company management.
Required skills and qualifications :
MUST HAVE experience in home infusion / specialty pharmacy and IG
- Minimum of 5 years of proven ability to achieve sales goals in specialty pharmacy or a closely related service sales position.
- High performance levels of call routing, pre-call planning and field productivity.
- Superior relationship building skills and the ability to leverage for provider access.
- Preferred experience and relationships in Neurology, Immunology, and Rheumatology.
- Have a drive for results, competitive spirit and self-accountability for achievement of territory and company goals.
Physical Demands :
Required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 lbs;
