We offer a hybrid work engagement with two days of remote work, and three days in-office.
As a member of the marketing and business development organization, this position will support the brand, events, content, and marketing operations teams on projects and initiatives that further the firm’s strategic goals.
The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with other members of the department to implement the firm’s marketing strategy.

On a typical day you will :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, events, social media, and advertising.
- Analyze and present marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, online traffic, and event attendance in order to improve future strategies and campaigns.
- Manage coordination of marketing tasks for new attorney onboarding, including scheduling and coordination of attorney headshots across all offices and practice groups.
- Assist with firm events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, invitations, materials, and day-of support.
- Conduct company, client, industry, competitive, and other research and analysis to identify trends and inform marketing decisions.
- Proof / copyedit brochures, newsletters, advisories, agendas, one-pagers, invitations, and other publications in accordance with the firm’s style guide.
- Assist the design team with project management as necessary.
- Additional tasks may be required.

- Bachelor's degree required, focus in marketing or communications is preferred.
- 4+ years marketing experience required; experience in a law firm or other professional services organization is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with all levels within a professional services organization.
- High level of political and situational awareness, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with constant changes.
- Collaborative and team-minded.

Salary Information
Washington State : The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $89,000 to $98,000 ($45.64 - $50.26 hourly).
Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 11 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program.
For full-time employees, the initial vacation benefit is 15 days per year and 11 days of sick leave per year, accrued bi-weekly.
New York : The annualized salary range for this position in New York City is $94,000 to $103,000 ($51.65-$56.59 hourly).
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
District of Columbia : The annualized salary range for this position in Washington D.C. is $90,000 to $100,000 ($46.15-$51.
28 hourly). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
