Tax Analyst based in Cleveland, Ohio.
What you will do :
Review corporate taxes, tax guidelines, and internal controls to ensure that the company’s polices meet regulatory requirements
Prepare tax returns workpapers including permanent and temporary book / tax differences, eliminations, and other accrual analysis.
Investigate and draft responses to state notices and audits.
Support preparation of quarterly federal and state tax provision calculations.
Ensure internal policies and guidelines are prepared in compliance with fiscal laws.
Stay up to date with the knowledge of applicable tax codes

What you will need :
Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, or auditing.
CPA and / or master's degree preferred
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate tax.
Well organized and can exercise sound judgment in decision making
Online tax research database, tax preparation software, and Microsoft Office.
