We are looking for an Experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team in Scotch Plains, NJ. Our company, C&L Auto Body, is an MSO with a strong presence in Northern NJ, including locations in East Hanover, Kenvil, Morristown, Sussex, Berkeley Heights, Washington, Woodbridge, Hackettstown, Plainfield, and now Scotch Plains.

As we continue to grow and expand, we need an Estimator with at least 5 years of previous estimating experience to support our operations.

We are seeking team players who are dedicated to the growth of our organization. In particular, our Scotch Plains location is in need of an immediate resource in our blueprinting department.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities for the position include the following :

• Writing estimates
• Customer Service
• Quality Control
• Meeting with Adjusters and Maintaining Insurance / DRP Relationships
• Cost containment / job profit maximization
• Utilizing current repair procedures found through I-car / Alldata resources

Qualifications : Experience :

Experience :

• Auto Estimating : 5 years (Preferred)
• Experience writing / working with all major DRP programs (Geico, Progressive, USAA, Allstate, etc.) preferred
• Prior experience working as an insurance adjuster welcomed
