We are looking for someone that can embody our concept, our vision, and become an essential part of our team as our Shift Manager.
Someone who is a hard working, an avid multi-tasker and a responsible individual.
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants performance during your shift. You will supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader, a role model to follow and a desire to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities :
- Be a leader of the space
- Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and train staff to follow them accordingly
- Ensure staff cleans and maintains restaurants to the company standards
- Provide a shift recap to the Head of Operations of the Company
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
- Schedule equipment Maintenance
- Cover the shifts of absent employees if no coverage can be found.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED
- Previous food service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
