We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Tax Director to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our tax function and drive the execution of our tax strategy.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring tax compliance, delivering tax advisory services, and managing tax accounting processes.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee and manage all corporate tax operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax laws and regulations.

2. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions and mitigate tax risks.

3. Provide expert tax advisory services to the senior management team, offering insights, recommendations, and guidance on tax-related matters.

4. Lead the preparation and review of tax returns, reports, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

5. Manage relationships with external tax consultants and auditors, representing the company during tax audits and negotiations.

6. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, analyzing potential impacts and advising on appropriate actions.

7. Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax considerations into business decision-making processes.

8. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax leadership role within the finance industry.

3. Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax advisory services.

4. Proven track record in managing tax operations and delivering tax strategies.

5. Strong understanding of local, state, federal, and international tax laws and regulations.

6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

7. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.

8. Superior communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals.

9. Proficient in tax software and other relevant technologies.
