Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician  to join our team at Long Meadows Apartments in Camp Hill. Rate :  Starting at $18-$23 per hour depending on experience.

Hours :  Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
  • Assist with turnover of apartments.
  • May perform grounds / landscaping work as needed.
  • Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
  • Appliance repair.
  • Customer service.
  • Salt / Snow removal duties.
  • On-Call will be required.
  • May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
  • Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
  • Working cell phone.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma / GED.
