Senior Project Accountant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Project Accountant with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job with a growing real estate client.
This is a great full-time role that offers the opportunity to work with exciting real estate and development company that offers long term growth opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Prepare monthly financial statements
Prepare and assist with monthly bank reconciliations (A / P).
Balance intercompany cash accounts
Review and approve payment requests
Prepare quarterly and monthly sales and use tax returns.
Assist with the year-end audit.
Respond to requests for information and analysis
Work on a variety of different projects throughout the month
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Understanding of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive professional experience in accounting or public accounting experience
Employment Type : Full Time
