Butterfly Staffing is seeking a Sr. Program / Project Manager for a successful minority-owned small business specializing in federal construction for this Direct Hire opportunity.

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of federal construction projects ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
- Direct self-performing and turnkey teams, fostering collaboration and maximizing efficiency.
- Implement rigorous standards for workmanship and client satisfaction.
- Maintain OSHA standards, ensuring a stellar EMR rating and continuous safety improvement.
- Champion LEED and green building practices, integrating renewable energy solutions.
- Build strong relationships, advising federal clients to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Optimize project budgets, resources, and procurement for efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to SBA 8(a) regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or 15+ years' experience in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of federal construction project management experience.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Expertise in federal construction regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proven track record in budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Experience with federal contracts and certifications.
