What you should know : Mulberry is partnering with a highly established healthcare management organization serving over 80 locations in 24 states with approximately 3,000 employees.

They are a dynamic and dedicated team based out of Vancouver, WA.You will report to the Director of Human Resources. As a Leaves Specialist, you will manage high-volume leaves and administer the company’s 401(k) Plan.

A day in the life :

  • Manage high-volume employee leaves and retirement plans while assisting with the annual open enrollment for benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on leave policies and benefits.
  • Provide clear information and resources to employees about their benefits options.
  • Guide employees on the 401(k) plan, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of the 401(k) plan, liaising with external partners and preparing necessary documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise :

  • 3+ years of experience in employee leaves and 401(k) administration.
  • Thorough knowledge of FMLA, PFML, ADA, and state leave laws.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong track record of customer service experience.

Compensation and Benefits : $70-$80k in annual compensation. Benefits include high quality, low-cost health plans for employees and dependents, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k with employer match!
