Job Summary
Responsible for playing a vital role in enhancing student access to scholarships and resources, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the application and enrollment processes.
This position collaborates with Child Development Coordinators to meet student needs while keeping them informed of professional development opportunities, fostering an environment that supports academic success.
Essential Duties
Respond to scholarship inquiries from students, faculty, and staff.
Draft and send mass communications regarding deadlines, scholarship updates, professional development opportunities, and program changes.
Regularly input new student information into BTG databases.
Assist the Child Development Coordinators and students with application processes, enrollment, and related procedures.
Provide additional resources and flexible support options for students.
Identify potential barriers and collaborate with the Child Development Coordinators to find solutions.
Assist with tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing outreach events, and preparing information for reports.
Maintain and update program materials, ensuring they are readily available for staff and student use.
Collaborate with the GKFF Endowed Chairs as needed to support seamless operations and ensure effective coordination for special initiatives or projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent education child Development, Human Services, Early Childhood, or related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.

Bachelor’s degree child Development, Human Services, Early Childhood, or related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.
One year Experience in the field of Child Development.
