Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
Our client, a leader in the Medical Device and Orthopaedics Industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative, with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to go above and beyond, to support the their Upper Extremities Sales team.
- The Customer Service Representative will maintain customer accounts by reconciling invoices and applying items to accounts receivable.
- Assist with processing transactions in order entry, resolving issues, and developing ad hoc reports.
- Communicate directly with sales force, internal departments, and clients to pursue and resolve issues related to orders, accounts receivable and returns.
- High school diploma or equivalent, as well as 2+ years of customer service, data entry, account management or relevant experience required.
- Demonstrated computer skills required.

- Drive to dig into the details of customer issues to solve problems proactively - required
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs - required
- Participate in over-time work as needed - required
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.).
- Preferred experience with SAP and SalesForce.
