Job Details
We are looking for an established Assistant Controller who is able to help contribute to the team.
The ideal candidate will have :
6-7+ years of experience
Experience working within commercial real estate
Experienced in real estate software including Yardi or MRI (preference would go to Yardi)
Good leadership ability - able to supervise and direct work as needed
Good GAAP knowledge & degree in Accounting
