Job Summary
Support the mission of A New Leaf, Inc. (ANL) through the execution of good policies and processes in all areas of the organization's operational items.
The Operations Director will be in charge of providing servant leadership within the operations department, managing and expanding the company's material assets including but not limited to, vehicles, buildings, capital projects, and supplies.
They will oversee the movement and use of resources in the various departments as needed. In addition, the Operations Director will provide collaboration and support in long-term projects and proactively guide the company through future expansions / innovation in accordance with ANL's mission.
Essential Functions
1. Embody the values of ANL : client-focused, great customer service, professional, and innovative.
2. Proactively develop and implement policy, plans, and strategies in line with requirements within, but not limited to, ADA, OSHA, Operations Management, Department of Health.
3. Actively engage in and manage a robust inventory system for all company assets.
4. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage the full spectrum of operations including vendor management, grounds, buildings, vehicles, kitchens, security, and utilities.
5. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
6. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
7. Demonstrate financial responsibility by working within a budget and meeting operational objectives.
8. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
9. Demonstrate project management skills through setting deadlines, and when needed, engaging peers and team members in the project timeline.
10. Provide accurate written and oral reports as requested.
11. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned and within the scope of demonstrated competencies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, or a related field, required, and prior management or leadership position.
- Must have a strong knowledge of operational structures and strategy to provide the best resources for our employees and company.
- Must be flexible and willing to assist to ensure the safety and security of our staff and individuals served.
- Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and an expressed desire to work with the developmental disability community.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement in developing proposals, programs, and collateral to meet the needs of the organization.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and have a valid drivers' license. Forklift operator and CDL licenses not required, but appreciated.
