LHH is in search of a Trade Support Analyst in Chicago. We are partnering with a reputable banking client who is looking to add to their Exchange Trade Derivatives team! Basic understanding of financial markets and derivative products is required.

Position Type : Temporary-3 months
Worksite Type : Hybrid (1 day in office)
Location : Loop
Rate : Up to $48 / hr.
Duties :
- Oversee the entire trade lifecycle, ensuring trades are captured, confirmed, settled, and reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Estimate the daily gain / loss on futures contracts (market- to-market)
- Utilize trading systems and platforms, performing trade booking, and helping with system upgrades or testing new technologies.
- Collaborate with Derivative Portfolio Managements and Derivative Trading teams to support end-to-end trade processing
- Perform authentication of new trades, settlement of collateral, and settlement of derivative payments
- Monitor market trends and changes in derivatives regulations
- Perform data management functions to ensure appropriate flow of data
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Two plus years of derivatives experience in a Banking environment is required
- Experience of using GMI back-office software is required
- Operations and financial services knowledge is required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Able to execute day-to-day activities to a high standard, with analytical ability and attention to detail.
