Marketing Coach (Personal Development, Leadership, and Success Education)

Position Overview :
As a Marketing Coach, you will be responsible for promoting and selling award-winning personal development programs, e-courses, and live events held at spectacular destinations.
With each sale potentially earning up to $5,000, you'll have the opportunity to earn significant commissions while making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Utilize your marketing skills to generate leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking.
- Prospecting : Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce them to our programs and services.
- Consultative Selling : Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and tailor your approach to demonstrate how our programs can help them achieve success.
- Training and Coaching : Host training calls and provide coaching sessions to guide clients through their personal development journey and ensure their success.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, marketing strategies, and personal development techniques to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Marketing Experience : Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
- Passion for Personal Development : Genuine interest in personal development, leadership, and success education.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence others.
- Solution-Focused : Proven ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
