Purpose :
Seasonal Nursery Team Members play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional assistance.
They are responsible for maintaining, organizing, and displaying nursery stock to create an inviting and attractive environment for our customers.
Education and Experience :
No formal educational credential required.
Short-term on-the-job training provided.

Tasks :
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and purchases related to trees, shrubs, roses, and perennials.
Identify plants and recognize issues such as diseases, weeds, and pests.
Unload, check-in, price, and organize incoming nursery stock.
Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
Ensure proper watering and care of nursery stock.
Provide customers with guidance on plant care and maintenance.
