Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care as part of our dedicated behavioral health team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to support their mental health recovery and personal growth through individual and group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using a trauma-informed approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary team members to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
• Address diverse client needs with empathy and professionalism, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to our mission of community healing and wellness.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in mental health settings, particularly in working with trauma-affected individuals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
