In this full- or part-time culinary position, you're the backbone of our daily kitchen operations. You own your assigned station, and you make sure you're ready to effectively tackle the next meal service.
Prioritizing quality and consistency, you time your cooking with your teammates to efficiently whip up and serve tasty meals.
From ingredient prep and stocking supplies to safely storing leftovers and thoroughly cleaning your station, you ensure quality from beginning to end.
You follow recipes to the letter, comply with all safety standards, and coordinate with your team to provide incredible dining experiences for our guests.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This full- or part-time position works during the hours of 11 : 30 am - 9 : 00 pm . We're open 6 days per week except Mondays.
If you're interested, you just need to meet these qualifications :
- 2+ years of line cook experience in a full-service, high-volume food service environment
- Excellent knife skills and demonstrated experience with various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Working knowledge of health, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Ability to take direction and closely follow recipes
- Strong work ethic, customer-focused approach, and a team spirit
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with some weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks like standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Communication skills, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
