Summary : Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.This is a PRN (As Needed) position at the Trinity Surgery Center in Trinity, Florida.
Day hours will vary. Monday through Friday only (no weekends). Possibly 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. on Monday and Friday and maybe Noon to 5 : 00 p.
m. on Wednesdays. Ability to work a flexible, as needed schedule is required.Minimum Qualifications : Other information : Active CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within seven days of hire if enrolled in the PCT internship and prior to patient contact or required on hire.
- Minimum requirements include one of the following : 6 months acute care experience; or 1-year Skilled Nursing Facility experience;
- or successfully completes a BayCare EAYL PCT Internship; or completion of Nursing Fundamentals (RN); or Nursing Foundation (LPN) Programs;
or EMT certification / Paramedic license for ER only; or completed an approved PCT or Nursing Assistant program. Note : If completed a non-approved PCT Program, completion of the BayCare PCT Bootcamp is required.
