Position : Regional Sales Manager Location : Tampa, FL Territory : Port Charlotte, FL to Vero Beach, FL, reaching Jacksonville.
Candidates can reside anywhere within the territory. Salary : $75k base, estimated $350k+ with uncapped commissions. $625 / month car allowance, gas, expenses, and full benefits.
Job Responsibilities : Sell aesthetic lasers (capital equipment) to Med Spas / Dermatologists / Plastic Surgeons Candidates must be proactive, adept at closing deals, and capable of achieving a seven-figure quota.
They should also provide guidance and assistance to Territory Managers. Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time is required.

Area Sales Manager
Summary
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue and implementing effective sales strategies in their designated geographical region.
This includes introducing our products to potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and recommending strategies to enhance the promotion and sales of our products.
Ultimately, your role will contribute to expanding our customer base and establishing our reputation within the assigned region.
Essential Functions

- Generate leads through in-person and phone-based cold calling
- Address customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and additional services

- Develop and leverage available resources, reference sites, the company's clinical specialists, and partner personnel within the territory to achieve both short-term and long-term goals
- Cross-sell additional products
- Collaborate with sales representatives in and out of the assigned territory, sharing best practices and implementing a unified sales approach to meet individual and group quotas
- Adhere to all of the company's Customer Care and Finance requirements
- Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to the Regional Sales Director, updating them on the status of leads and sales opportunities in the pipeline through the CRM database (Salesforce)
- Establish and maintain relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons, including ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic, AACS cosmetic surgeons, Urologists, OB / GYN, and private Practice Physicians
- Assist in finalizing deals alongside Territory Sales Managers
- Mentor and provide support to Territory Sales Managers
- Maintain a seven-figure quota

Education and Experience Required
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or capital sales field
- Experience in selling medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or lasers is a plus

- Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred

Supervisory Responsibility
No direct reports, but will be involved in mentoring Territory Sales Managers
Work Environment
This position operates remotely. You will need access to standard office equipment such as tables, computers, and cell phones.
Additionally, you will be conducting visits in doctors' offices and spas.

Travel
This position requires approximately 60% travel as needed.
