Job Title : Rod Packer 3rd Shift

3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM
Must be able to train on any shift
Pay : $21.50 / hr + $0.50 / hr shift differential
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Rod Packer for our open 2nd and 3rd shift positions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to cut rods, pack them into boxes, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
This role requires proficiency in using calipers, a tape measure, and some forklift experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Cut rods to specific measurements.
Pack rods into boxes efficiently and securely.
Safely lift up to 50 lbs as needed during the shift.
Operate basic hand tools, packing, and wrapping equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Background Profile :
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Attention to detail and ability to follow both written and verbal directions.
Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must wear metatarsal shoes / boots, safety glasses, and earplugs at all times .
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
