The Role
Guardian Services Industries is seeking a full-time experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned accounts.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Some of the things you’ll be working on include :
Managing the day-to-day operations of the buildings assigned while emphasizing a positive response to the concerns of the client.
Supreme customer service is key.
- Managing, coaching, training, and developing building staff in a productive working environment.
- Scheduling staff to meet the demands of the contract and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized at the account(s), maintaining appropriate inventories and maintenance checklists.
- Proactive management of contracts, including problem identification, employee relations issues, time and accurate evaluations, and adherence to quality assurance standards, making recommendations for improvement in these areas where necessary.
- Experience utilizing labor-management programs for scheduling and billing, and producing reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Summary, and Training Detail reports) that require interpretation and action for effective business management
- This important position will need to have the flexibility to work weekends or evenings as situations require it.
- Train new employees in job tasks and cleaning procedures when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned such as responding to all emergencies regardless of hours.
ABOUT YOU AND WHAT YOU OFFER
- Must be bilingual (English-Spanish)
- A full-service-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- A minimum of 3 years of Industry experience in a Supervisory Level Position.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience / floor maintenance / window and general cleaning.
- Ability to manage and use all equipment and supplies.
- Ability to run buffers and carpet cleaners.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record a MUST.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; professional manner and image.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize.
- Must be able to work for any employer without any restrictions.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess intuitive thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and related software.
Compensation : $90,000 + Benefits (Paid holidays, Paid Vacation, Health, Dental and Vision, 401k, and many more)
