NuCara Pharmacy is a dynamic community pharmacy serving patients in Iowa, Texas, North Dakota and Minnesota.
We are seeking a full-time floating pharmacy technician to join our pharmacy team. This position will require travel among NuCara stores in Story County, Iowa in order to provide support where needed.
If you are a highly motivated individual, enjoy working as a team, wish to provide prompt, high quality care to our patients by assisting NuCara pharmacists in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications, then apply for this position today!
Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities for this position include :
- Data entry
- Customer interaction
- Inventory management
- Assist in directing daily workflow
- Resolving rejected insurance claims
Requirements :
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred, but not required. Will train the right person!
- Need to be vaccine certified or willing to become vaccine certified
- Willing to maintain a flexible work schedule by working 2 to 3 days in Story City and remaining workdays in Story County
Full-time positions offer competitive wages and a benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, 401(k) match, and PTO.
Schedule for this position will be at least 30 hours a week.
