About the Position :
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and must be able to provide support and mentoring to the therapy clinical staff, ensuring your team provides the highest level of safe, compassionate care to its patients.
You will serve as a professional role model and clinical resource and educator for therapists and other team members, develop goals and objectives for your team, and participate in budget / fiscal management.
In this role, you will be well-supported by three managers who will assist you with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy from an accredited program
- 5 to 10 years of therapy experience, 3 years of management experience
- Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
