Site Supervisor
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor for a prestigious residential construction company in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in high-end single-family residential construction , with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage subcontractors and oversee their work to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality control and ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing project-related concerns.
- Manage site resources efficiently and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, proactively ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Provide regular progress reports to project management and contribute to construction schedule development and implementation.
- Uphold the company's commitment to delivering luxury residential projects of exceptional quality.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Proven experience in luxury single-family residential construction or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate on-site personnel.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Miami's local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
