Hamilton Connections of Milford is currently looking for a senior level Cost Accountant for one of our clients.
Primary functions for this role include managing the price quoting and costing of production jobs. Will be reviewing daily operations and confirm costing documentation is consistent with data collected for each production job.
Main Responsibilities :
- Customer price costing
- Develop methods to track and report job costs
- Vendor contract management
- Make recommendations for cutting expenses, while increasing revenue
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements
- Maintain fixed asset schedule
Required Experience :
- At least five years experience in Accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- College degree in Accounting
- Experience with Word, Excel, and MRP / ERP systems
- 3+ years of Inventory management experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Salary range is between $85-$95k DOE.
