Overview
The Treasury Services Banker I will increase the Treasury Services account portfolio while referring prospective business and individual clients to internal business partners.
Market Treasury Services products and deposits for Treasury clients through networking and following up on leads provided through Commercial Bankers.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within the Treasury Services area.
- Meet or exceed all sales and retention goals.
- Structure Treasury solutions to maximize opportunities for the Bank and to meet individual client needs.
- Manage and ensure favorable relationships with all existing clients.
- Support the overall client relationship management effort by working directly with clients as various issues arise.
- Complete risk reviews with clients.
- Create relationship reviews as directed.
- Provide services, support, coaching and advice to ensure the success of the individual client and, as relevant, their respective client companies.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Services team and Bankers to ensure accurate implementation of all new accounts and services.
- Build trusted relationships and strategic partnerships with business owners and other decision makers.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to analyze, structure and propose Treasury
Banking solutions for our clients; including pricing based on analysis of client needs, problems or competition.
- Ensure the ongoing development of a favorable reputation for the Bank within community served.
- Analyze, synthesize and communicate complex data, financial data, and related issues in an accurate, objective and straightforward manner.
- Support the Treasury sales team by responding to requests, researching discrepancies, and resolving issues.
- Interact with internal and external clients while providing extraordinary service.
- Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with employees, clients and vendors.
- Represent the Bank and the Treasury team in a highly professional manner.
- Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work.
- Maintain confidentiality; adhere to CrossFirst Bank policies and procedures; comply with laws, regulations and industry best practices.
- Reliable and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of commercial bank products and services, with an emphasis on treasury management is required.
- Demonstrated success as a treasury sales or business development officer in a high performing commercial bank environment is required;
familiarity with the local market and region is preferred.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long term relationships and influence others internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and / or work experience.
