Junior Marketing Manager
Our goal is to find a Junior Marketing Manager who is looking to begin a career in brand management and merchandising while continuing to grow with our company.
As our role with our clients continues to expand, so will our marketing division and the expectations of the position. With our recent partnership, we have seen tremendous growth and continuous opportunities to build careers, so we are seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to maintain strong communication links between our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities :
Learn and understand client product knowledge
Develop relationships with potential customers through face-to-face conversations
Execute creative marketing presentations to help drive sales in the retail environment
Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers
Attend daily team workshops catered to expanding client knowledge and professional development.
Competencies :
Superb follow-through, problem-solving, and communication skills
communicate effectively daily
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Confidence in performing duties with minimal supervision
Requirements :
1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work some nights and weekends
Ability to apply constructive feedback
Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally
