We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role will be pivotal in the management and processing of payroll for our clients, with a strong emphasis on maintaining client accounts and assisting with various projects.

This position is situated within the financial services industry and requires specific skills in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and execute the processing of payroll for a diverse range of clients.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with various projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor client accounts, identifying potential issues and initiating appropriate action.
  • Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer credit records.
  • Process customer credit applications with precision and speed.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Possess strong knowledge and experience in ADP - Financial Services
  • Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now
  • Detailed understanding of payroll processes, procedures, and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proven experience in payroll calculations, deductions, and taxes
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Must adhere to strict deadlines and have strong time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal payroll and tax regulations.
