Responsibilities
- Triage iing emails to determine if new request or additional information.
- Following internal procedures, using multiple systems and databases, clear new quote requests for new and renewal business.
- Review and ensure documents are properly indexed into electronic document management systems.
- Pull and upload third party vendor reports based on segment specific requirements.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Associate degree or 3 years of relevant insurance, clerical, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Must befortable working in a production-driven environment.
- Must be able to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Practical experience with MS Office (intermediate), data entry, and detail-oriented research.
- High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of work.
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Must have strongmunication skills (written and verbal) and have the ability provide a first-rate experience for our customers.
- Ability to handle a high volume of emails and orders.
