Unit Manager Responsibilities :
- Responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care.
- Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
- Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
- Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
- Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
- Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders

Requirements :
- Active RN or LPN in the State of Georgia
- Prior working leadership experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting
