Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $80,000-$120,000

Company Overview : A leading construction firm specializing in creating innovative and high-quality restaurant spaces. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our restaurant construction projects.

Superintendent Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Superintendent with extensive experience in commercial construction and a focus on restaurant projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Superintendent Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily on-site operations of restaurant construction projects
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and building regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction

Superintendent Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically with restaurant projects
  • Proven track record of managing successful restaurant construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Knowledge of local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
