As a member of our team, you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, and expertise to work on projects for the US Navy. You’ll develop innovative solutions to complex problems to support the client's mission.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to service and joint missions.

You Have :

10+ years of experience in subject matter area of ship and aircraft allocation and transfer planning, with a focus on pre-Letter of Request (LOR) phase of Excess Defense Article (EDA) planning

Experience in planning and conducting Joint Visual Inspections

Experience with inter-agency process associated with EDA policy coordination and ship transfer legislative proposals

Experience with EDA congressional notification package development and disclosure policy review requirements to successfully allocate and facilitate the transfer of USN ship and aircraft made available for EDA

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in International Affairs, Political Science, Business, or Engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have :

Experience working at a major headquarters staff level

Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales and industry best practices

Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
